By accessing and using Josad, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Josad is a job aggregator and posting platform for employers and job seekers in Ethiopia, available on the web and through Telegram. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform.

1. Services provided

Josad provides job aggregation, employer job posting, applicant applications, shortlisting, bulk messaging tools, and related hiring workflows across web and Telegram surfaces.

2. User responsibilities

2.1 Employers

  • Post only lawful, accurate job opportunities. Scam, misleading, or discriminatory listings may result in suspension or termination.
  • Provide truthful job details, including role, location, compensation where applicable, and application instructions.
  • External application links (for example company websites or Google Forms) are your responsibility. Josad is not liable for data collected outside the platform.
  • Respond to applicants in a timely manner. Josad provides tools to review, shortlist, and notify applicants in bulk.

2.2 Job seekers

  • Submit accurate personal details, resumes, and application materials.
  • Independently verify third-party or channel-sourced listings before applying or sharing sensitive information.
  • Use the platform respectfully and report abusive or inappropriate content.

3. Employer verification

Employers must complete identity verification (KYC) before posting jobs on Josad. Additional company or startup verification may be required for credibility. Verified employers may manage multiple approved company profiles where permitted.

4. Accounts and authentication

Josad uses Telegram-based authentication on web and Mini App surfaces. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Telegram account used to sign in and for activity conducted through your account.

5. Payment terms

Josad is currently free for job seekers and employers. We may introduce paid features or posting fees in the future. Material pricing changes will be communicated before they take effect.

6. Reporting issues

Users may report abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or inappropriate content. Josad will investigate reports and may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action.

7. Limitation of liability

Josad is not liable for employment decisions, third-party job content, external application flows, service interruptions, or losses arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual property

Josad content, branding, logos, and platform materials are owned by Josad or its partners. You may not copy, modify, or reuse platform materials without prior written consent.

9. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Josad after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
