## Job Summary The Junior IT Officer will support the organization’s day-to-day IT operations by maintaining computer systems, networks, software, databases, and other IT equipment. The role involves providing technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting network connectivity, maintaining data security and backup procedures, and ensuring the reliable operation of IT infrastructure, including CCTV camera systems. Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; alternatively, a relevant diploma with the required experience. • Fresh graduates who have successfully passed the university exit examination are encouraged to apply.
