## Job Summary The IT Manager will oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, systems, cybersecurity, and business applications across corporate and resort operations. The role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology services, resolving technical issues, leading IT projects, managing vendors, and implementing technology improvements that support business operations. Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a managerial role. • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and business systems.
