IT MANAGER Company: Boston Partners P.L.C. – Kuriftu Resorts Location: Corporate Office, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Boston Partners P.L.C. invites qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of IT Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and cybersecurity. Oversee IT support and resolve technical issues across corporate and resort operations. Manage hotel management systems, IDS, ERP, and other business applications. Ensure data security, system reliability, and efficient IT service delivery. Lead IT projects, manage vendors, and implement technology improvements. ## Requirements Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of five years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and business systems. Hospitality industry experience is an advantage. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
