Introducing the Free CV Builder on Josad: A Professional CV in Minutes

Applying for jobs is hard enough without fighting a word processor at midnight. Margins shift, columns break, and the PDF never looks the way it did on screen.
So we built something to fix that. Today we're launching the Free CV Builder on Josad. Choose a professional template, add your experience, and download a clean PDF for your next application. It's free, with no credit card, no trial and no paywall.
What you can do with it
Fill in guided sections. Add your experience, education, skills and links in simple forms. The fields are guided and length-safe, so your CV stays tidy instead of spilling onto a third page.
Pick one of four templates. Each one suits a different kind of application:
-
Classic: a single-column, serif layout that is friendly to applicant tracking systems (ATS).
-
Modern: two columns with a colored sidebar for your contact details and skills.
-
Minimal: a single column with quiet section labels and plenty of white space.
-
Executive: a single column with a full-width header band, made for senior professionals.
Download it right away. Export an A4 or US Letter PDF and you're ready to send. It also works inside the Josad Telegram Mini App, so you can build your CV from your phone.
Which template should you choose?
A quick rule of thumb:
-
Applying through an online form or a large company's portal? Go with Classic, Minimal or Executive. These single-column layouts tend to be read more reliably by applicant tracking systems.
-
Sending your CV straight to a person, or attaching a portfolio? Modern gives you a bit more personality. Just note that some older tools may read its two columns out of order, so keep it for human readers.
Your drafts stay private
You need a free Josad account to save a draft and create your PDF. Your drafts are stored privately in your account. They are not shared with employers, only you can open and edit them, and you can clear a draft at any time from the builder.
Three tips for a CV that gets read
A good template helps, but the words matter more. Before you hit download:
-
Lead with results, not duties. "Reduced report time from two days to two hours" beats "Responsible for reports."
-
Keep it focused. Include what's relevant to the job you want, and cut the rest.
-
Add your links. A portfolio, GitHub or LinkedIn profile gives employers a reason to keep reading.

From CV to application
Your CV is the first step, and Josad is built for the next one. Once your PDF is ready, you can browse jobs in software, IT and design, save the roles you like, and apply when you're ready. You can also follow our Telegram channels for new openings in your field:
